Upon Arrival 🅿️

When you arrive, please find a convenient parking spot and head over to our main office located under the canopy. Luis or another team member will be there to greet you. If you don’t see anyone right away, just ring the bell 🔔, and we’ll be with you shortly.

Getting Started 📝

If you’re a first-time customer, we’ll start by gathering your contact details and vehicle information. We’ll discuss your concerns or service needs, provide an estimate, and document everything on a work order. Once we have your approval, we’ll get started on your vehicle. You’ll receive a digital copy of the work order via email or text message. 📧📱

Waiting Options ☀️🌧️

Our shop isn’t just retro in style—it’s a part of local and automotive history. Built in 1936 as a Mobil gas station, it was later repurposed as an auto repair shop, and its Streamline Moderne design is perfect for servicing your vehicle. However, while our unique building suits our needs for repairs, it only offers an outdoor waiting area, which may not be ideal in extreme weather. You’re welcome to drop off your car and pick it up once the service is complete, especially if it’s too cold, hot, or rainy to wait outside.

During Service 🔧

Once work begins, our technicians will need full access to your vehicle. This may include entering the car, lowering the driver's side window to avoid accidentally locking the keys inside, lifting the vehicle on our hoists, and conducting test drives on both highways and city streets to ensure everything is in proper working order.

We recommend bringing your car in with plenty of gasoline, as some services or inspections may require the engine to idle or involve extended test drives. Additionally, if your vehicle has anti-theft wheel locks, please provide the removal tool if tire removal is necessary.

When you’ve dropped off your car and need to get in touch, the fastest way is to call us at (323) 665-0166 📞 during normal business hours.

We use this same number to send updates about your car’s service, so please check your spam folder and mark our texts as non-spam to avoid missing important messages. We promise never to send unwanted texts—anything you receive from us will be strictly about your vehicle or service. Messages sent during business hours typically get a response within 30 minutes ⏰.

Completion and Pickup

When the service or repair is complete, Luis or Ramiro will contact you via email and text to let you know your car is ready for pickup. When you arrive, we’ll answer any questions you may have, review any important details, process your payment, and provide you with a hard copy of the invoice. 🧾
